First off, thank you for even thinking about sharing your story with us. Seriously, you rock. Your experience could be the thing that helps someone else feel seen, heard, or just a little less alone. So, let’s do this!
How This Works:
We’re looking for real talk, raw stories, and those “aha!” moments from anyone dealing with PMDD or other menstrual cycle curveballs. If you’re nodding along, you’re exactly who we want to hear from. Ready to share? Hit up our online form at this link.
Who Can Submit?
If you’re living with PMDD, have lived through it, or are passionate about women’s health and mood disorders, you’re in. This is your space to share the highs, the lows, and the things that made you go, “Wait, what just happened to me?”
What We’re Into:
- Stories about your challenges, victories, or those “plot twist” moments.
- How PMDD shows up in your work, relationships, school, or just life.
- Insights or lessons learned that might help someone else.
Formats We Love:
- For the Blog: Think storytelling vibes. Start strong, go deep, and tie it all up in a way that leaves us feeling something. Aim for 500+ words to make it juicy.
- For Social Media: Short and sweet—150-200 words with a side of visuals, if you’re into that.
Please, Let’s Not:
- Dish out unverified medical advice. We love you, but we’re not trying to get sued.
- Submit anything discriminatory, overly negative, or stigmatizing. Keep it uplifting-ish.
Why You Should Totally Do This:
Your story has the power to educate, inspire, and connect people who might feel like they’re going through this alone. Also, it’s kind of therapeutic to get it all out there, right?
💐 Thank You
We can’t wait to hear your story, and we’re so grateful you’re willing to share it. Let’s make this community even stronger—together.
