See your cycles even when they're irregular.

PCOS doesn't follow a 28-day calendar. Apps that assume one will fail you. Belle Ring uses BBT, RHR, and HRV signatures to find ovulation when it actually happens — day 21, day 35, or not at all this month.

What Belle Ring sees

The earliest tells, before they fully show.

PCOS shows up in physiology long before the worst symptoms peak. Here are a few of the signals — yours may look slightly different — that Belle Ring keeps an eye on.

01

Anovulatory detection

When ovulation doesn't happen, we say so — flat BBT, no luteal HRV signature. No pretending you're 'late.'

92% anovulatory accuracy
02

Cycle length, honestly

Your cycles are 24 to 47 days. We don't average them into a fake 28. The forecast adapts every cycle.

24–47d real range supported
03

Lifestyle correlation

RHR floor, sleep, and stress overlay your cycle so you see what actually moves regularity — not just guesses.

"For seven years apps told me I was 'late.' Belle showed me I'd had 4 cycles in 6 months and 2 of them didn't ovulate. That's not late. That's PCOS. Suddenly I had something to bring to my doctor."

PCOS-specific questions
Will Belle Ring diagnose PCOS?
No. PCOS diagnosis (Rotterdam criteria) requires bloods + ultrasound + clinical assessment. What Belle Ring does: gives you and your provider a long-format ovulation + cycle pattern that's hard to capture on a calendar.
I never know when my period is coming.
After 2–3 cycles, Belle Ring builds a window — typically 5–8 days wide for irregular users — based on your luteal phase length (which is more stable than cycle length, even in PCOS).
I'm trying to conceive with PCOS.
PCOS is one of the trickier paths to conception — for some people the ring becomes a useful companion, for others it's one tool among several with a clinician. On the helpful side: when you do ovulate, the Belle Ring's temperature and HRV signatures can flag it, including on cycles that arrive at day 21 or day 35, where LH strips often catch only the surge — or miss entirely if you have multiple LH peaks (common in PCOS). On the honest side: if you're not ovulating reliably, no wearable will create a fertile window that isn't there, and that's a conversation for your provider.
What about with metformin / inositol / lifestyle?
Belle Ring tracks cycle regularity quantitatively. If a treatment is working, you'll see ovulation recur and cycle length stabilize. If it's not, the data will show that too.
I have lean PCOS.
Same patterns, same support. The app does not assume body composition — it tracks your physiology.
