Hi! I am a certified Fertility Awareness instructor, and I have successfully managed my fertility and planned my family with FABM for 16 years. I have used the Creighton method, the Daysy, TempDrop, Garmin, Natural Cycles, and now FEMM, all easily. Recently I needed to seek CBT-I for anxiety and stress related insomnia. My CBT therapist helped me to see that tracking my sleep with a score was absolutely contributing to my obsession and fear of lack of sleep. Now I am unsuccessfully trying to find a women’s health tracker that will track my basal body temp at night, without giving me too much data about sleep in general. So far, everything I’ve found does not allow you to turn that data off. Can yall?

Please make an option to add color or emojis in the symptom tracker, like the background of 1 would be green and 5 would be red. And each symptom could have an emoji as well like the Factors. It kinda adds mental load when I see numbers and I have to associate feelings numerically. Also when I scroll through symptoms it starts to look like a plain dark spreadsheet and I lose interest in tracking one by one. I think I would be able to log faster if it’s color-coded and there’s some type of variance per symptom

For those of us in education where the price may not be as affordable, a student discount could be really helpful to branch out to those who can’t necessarily afford it’s base price?

The app’s light mode puts white lettering on a slightly beige background, which makes it extremely difficult to read. A custom font colour or just the possibility to change it to black would be great for better accessibility.

I log my symptoms late at night and it almost always tracks it for the next day because it’s already after midnight. Let us set our official end of day so I don’t keep filling out all my symptoms for the wrong day

Hi, please make the ring from not toxic material. One of the biggest issues that I am trying to eliminate is exposure to toxic plastic, toxic fabric, toxic metal. The best way to do this is to only buy non toxic products. If it isn’t certified, assume it is toxic.
Please ensure you use tested and certified material to ensure your product is non toxic. If you ask customers to wear it most of the time, with skin contact, then please ensure it is non toxic.

Flexibility to track different contraception methods and applications. Based on reason for contraception.

I use the ring and change it every 3 weeks but I notice my hormones have a consistent 3 week cycle. I skip my period. I use BC to manage PMDD.

It would be great to have the option to track my BC and have reminders for it.

I know many women, including myself, that got a health tracking ring to provide reassurance after a miscarriage. Trying to get pregnant again after such a traumatic experience is very scary. I think a post-miscarriage setting to alert the user of dropping temps, monitoring physical recovery, tracking the normalization of resting heart rate, managing stress and overall fertility tracking would be a huge benefit to anyone, but especially to women after a miscarriage because knowledge is safety. Having something tailored to preventing her greatest fear would be a powerful tool.

I’m a AuDHD mother suffering from PMDD. I love the app but I’d love to track my symptoms if I get pregnant again. Curious about the stats and I get the feeling I throw away my money if my cycle keeps on referring to my menstruation and ovulation.

It would be really helpful for PCOS ladies in a relationship to have an alert when period is late: I tend to forget to check, and when I realize it I need to run buying a test because hey, am I pregnant or just very PCOS?
Also more PCOS-related features would help: I love your focus on PMS/ADHD, but I would assume there are a lot if PCOS users that would love to be represented.

I would love it if Belle would provide a daily summary of likely symptoms based on past cycles, example, “on day one you usually feel xyz”.

It would be great to have a knowledge base and a way to search it. Such as symptom dosage with ssri and such.

Today I tracked my Symptoms/Custom ratings and saw the new features where numbers float toward the total count and the tracked symptom row collapses. These features make the entire tracking experience restless. I definitely prefer the earlier version. Hopefully these features can be turned off or entirely reversed.

Hi I haven’t seen this in the app but I am a new user. Leading up to my period I suffer from severe constipation. To the point that it definitely has a negative impact on my mental health. Would be great to be able to track that.

Would really appreciate a feature to select for when days I’m experiencing mittelschmerz (ovulation pain)! A simple checkbox would suffice, or even a rating scale for the severity of the pain + other symptoms.

 Very happy with the promptness of the customer service when asking for report I very much appreciate it so that I can give it to my family doctor in regards to my tracking my symptoms !!!

Please make the PMDD course more affordable, I would love to be able to take it and would really benefit from it, but unfortunately my insurance does not cover it, and it is more than I can afford!

Since the app already tracks ovulation, I would love for it to tell me my chances of getting pregnant each day depending on where I am in. my cycle (ex. your chances of getting pregnant today are…. Low/Medium/High/Very High). It would be such a great feature for people who don’t really understand ovulation tracking or simply just don’t want to do the math daily, and can help people trying to conceive or not wanting to get pregnant!

is there a way to reduce the symptoms when we are in luteal phase? or like a hey, can you answer a few more (if no a celebration for what we did enter?) I dunno I get all excited during follicular but then there’s TOO much to do during luteal

Would love something like “Today” and “Yesterday” to show up as partner, right now the information displayed for symptoms score and symptoms prevalence doesn’t really help me as the partner (to help her). Just being able to see daily “Oh she has a 4 or 5 in X symptom” would be lovely.

I would also like an option to choose whether my symptoms are Better, Same, or Worse than the say before. You could easily track that on a graph. Or a simple Mild, Moderate, Severe entry. A numerical system is frustrating to enter daily and doesn’t really help track my symptoms effectively.

Amount of menstrual bleeding ( light, moderate, heavy) : I have a type of PMDD that kicks in mid menses when my flow becomes less,then suddenly a heavier day and my symptoms are allover.

Things you can do during each phase of the cycle to the specific activity & degree at which it serves one’s body ; exercises, work management /tactics, foods for better hormonal outcomes, social activities or rest, self care & boundary setting etc. etc.

hi! it would be so incredible to include a planning feature- I’d love to be able to look ahead and see a prediction of the next 1-3 months so I can plan work load, schedules, days off, and vacations around cycles rather than being reactive. bonus points for it integrating with Ical/outlook but even just within the app would be a great reference. ESPEICALLY for PMDD /ADHD workload planning. So often i take on more than I can cheese during a high then have to slog through a low. I want to see that coming and plan around it.

I would love to be able to track my calcium intake. It’s often suggested by my Healthcare provider to have a high intake (around 1500 mg) and in days where I manage to do that, I do feel more resilience. However, to me it is very easy to loose track of. An idea for the app?

Hi my daughter takes eloine every day to try and ease her symptoms by smoothing out her hormone levels. However she is still suffering a lot
Other people must be taking the pill like this but there isn’t an option to put this into the app – it keeps asking her if she is pregnant or has a long cycle her last period was in June

I see there’s someone already opting for adding temperature daily, which I also miss.
As I’m also tracking my cycle using cervical mucus changes I’d love it if that would be possible.
Currently I’m using the STM to track my cycle, however that’s on paper, it would be amazing if I can add all that data into one app.

Some little improvements to your tracked data interpretation, so it’ll be a bit easier to get some helpful insights!

Leave a short note during your current phase, and get it sent back to you in the opposite phase of your cycle — perfect for follicular boosts during luteal dips (and vice versa).

I absolutely love the app and everything that I’ve explored on it so far! I do want to suggest possibly adding marking intimacy on the app to track sex. I feel like that might help with people TTC or wanting to keep track of that.

Please make a widget for Android that I can have on my home screen. It makes tracking much easier for me (and hopefully others) and will help me not forget doing it while also reminding me about what phase of the cycle I am in and potential symptoms. It would really REALLY help.

It would be great if we could change the way we track certain symptoms from the rating scale of 1-5 to a select “yes” or “no” option!

Hi, excuse my english if it’s not perfect, i’m french and try my best, but some mistakes could appears. So, first, it would be awesome to see this app in french (and other langages, for others).
Plus, i have SOPK and TDAH. I just started medication for both, and use the app especially to see how it affect my SPM symptoms and if it’s worth it.
So, it would be really awesome if i could select my medication and see more graphics about how it affect my “hormonal lines” and eventually details about each hormones and their effect on my body and mind. This could help me to understand “why each symptoms is here” months after months, and if the pill has a good effect or if i should talk about a potential change with my specilits doctor just by showing the tracking 🙂

I would love if there were a way to enable a notification for daily check ins to update my symptoms, maybe one in the morning and one at the end of the day? Or be able to customize when this push notification came. This would be super helpful to remind me to track all of my PMDD symptoms as I am trying to better understand my body! Thank you for all that you do and creating this app 🙂

I wanted to request two features. First would be to be able to say the day of the week when looking at the log, it now only says the date but not monday or tuesday for example. and my second request would be a way to indicate the pmdd period before each period, in addition to the current pms prediction. Because I always seem to forget when it starts but it is quite regular. 

I wish there was an option on the app to just mark symptoms and phases without having to add a period. As someone who had a hysterectomy, I don’t know when I’m bleeding, I just know when the pmdd symptoms start and stop, but it’s never the same each month. If I don’t have symptoms for a while, it asks me to add a period but doesn’t let me edit my own phases. Basically, I wish there was a period-free option. It’s also been helpful for tracking my chronic health issues as well.

One thing I do really miss is that there does not seem to be an option to register your BBT. Also it seems not possible to adjust your ovulation date. There 2 things are really something to miss for me.

a widget that shows what day in the cycle you’re on and a one sentence brief on how you might be feeling would be amazing.

Perhaps a section that you can disclose if you have adhd or not and provide insights on how that can affect your cycle – in addition if you guys have a way to disclose other menstrual issues, for example I have pcos

Your tracking sophware says “it started” but people w/ pcos sometimes get only a day’s “spotting”
It would be cool if theres a spotting option or like ‘how heavy flow”

I would love a fertility tracking feature. As someone with PCOS and PMDD, irregular cycles make tracking my PMDD difficult. Having the ability to track basal temps and cervical mucus is essential for keeping on top of my symptoms.

I would love to be able to mark my own ovulation. my cycle is not regular so my follicular phase is often shorter than my literal phase and the app prediction of my ovulation is inaccurate

Only used this for a month so far but easily the best app I have tried to map symptoms. Just wondering if there is an option to set up a reminder notification from the app to track symptoms. I am so forgetful that I forget most days when I’m feeling OK. Thank you

Hi Pmdd baby over here I’m on hormonel BC to and Skippy placebo. I wish I could input that data ( I still have a messy lutel ) . also being able to add other medication to track aka emergency anxiety meds , sleeping meds (doses) or a ‘new’ med trial to see how it is affecting all the things anyway thanks for working to help the girlys ! ( and menstrual people) xoxo from Colorado
