Comment trouver votre taille de Belle Ring

Le Belle Ring s’adapte mieux quand il peut être porté confortablement toute la journée. Voici comment trouver votre taille en deux minutes — sans rub

Getting the right size means wearing the ring comfortably for days at a time — snug enough to stay put, loose enough not to leave a mark. It takes about two minutes. (New to smart rings? See Belle Ring and the smart ring buying guide for women.)

  1. Prepare a strip of paper

Cut or tear a strip roughly 1 cm wide and 10 cm long. A receipt or the margin of a page works perfectly.

  2. Wrap it around your finger

Use your ring finger on your dominant hand. Wrap the strip so it sits at the widest point — usually just below the knuckle. Mark where the strip overlaps itself.

  3. Measure the length

Flatten the strip and measure from one end to your mark in millimetres. This is your finger circumference.

  4. Match it to the size chart

Use the table below to find your size. If you land between two sizes, choose the smaller one — the sensors need continuous skin contact, so the snugger fit gives more reliable readings.

Fingers swell in heat and at night. Measure mid-morning for the most consistent result.

Common sizing mistakes to avoid

  • Measuring cold: Cold fingers are smaller. Measure when your hands are warm and at normal size, ideally mid-morning.
  • Sizing too tight: A ring that’s too tight is uncomfortable and can affect sensor readings. It should clear your knuckle with mild resistance, then sit snug — not pinch.
  • Forgetting your knuckle: The ring has to pass over your knuckle. If your knuckle is much larger than the base of your finger, size for the knuckle.
  • Choosing the wrong finger: Measure the finger you’ll actually wear it on. Index or middle fingers are popular and often give the most reliable readings.
  • Guessing from another ring: Fashion-ring sizes don’t always match — measure your finger directly for the best fit.

Sizing FAQ

Which finger should I wear the Belle Ring on? Most people choose the index or middle finger of the non-dominant hand for comfort and steady readings, but any finger that fits well works.

What if I’m between two sizes? Choose the smaller size. The sensors need continuous skin contact, so the snugger fit reads more reliably — it should still slide over your knuckle without forcing.

Will my ring size change? Fingers can swell with heat, exercise, pregnancy or time of day. Measure mid-morning, and remember a slightly looser fit is more comfortable for all-day wear.
