Bridging science and technology for your health journey
We started Belle as a couple while at the University of Cambridge. Combining our medical and engineering skills, we saw a powerful opportunity to change the status quo in female health by enhancing precision medicine for hormone-related conditions, starting with premenstrual disorders.
Our Story
You need to
be heard.
Neglecting women's health specifics has paved a long and frustrating road to diagnosis and treatment, marked by invalidation, debilitation, and isolation—especially for conditions like PMDD.
It’s not “just in your head”. Your experiences are real.
Let’s unite to improve this reality of care for all of us.

The members of our advisory board provide active guidance on product development and contribute their knowledge and hands-on experience to our clinical research initiatives. We've developed Belle's app-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) program, now under trial in a study with the University of Marburg and Utah State University.

We're bridging the gender data gap, and it's a proud part of our mission to put hormonal health on the map of technological advances.
The status quo for premenstrual disorders is deeply flawed. That's why we started Belle Health: to improve the way we diagnose, manage, and treat those silently battling these conditions. So no one is told to put up with it. Not anymore.
